Owner | Everything. Manages members and admins, settings, and can transfer ownership. Each family has exactly one owner. |
Admin | Invites and removes members, and manages family settings. |
Can add (member) | Views the family's stories and adds memories, photos and perspectives. |
Can view | Views the family's stories, but can't add or invite. |
Contributor | Invited to share a perspective on one loved one. Can't invite others. |
Good to know
Only the owner can make someone an admin. Admin access is never given through an invite link.
An admin can't remove another admin. Only the owner can.
The owner can't be removed. To hand over the family, the owner transfers ownership.
