How KeepSaiQ protects your family's memories

Encryption, where your data lives, and how sensitive memories are handled.

Private by default

Your family space is private. Only people you invite can see it. Anything shared outside the family, like a portrait or collection link, is something you choose to share, and those links expire.

Encryption and storage

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in the United States on Amazon Web Services. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

AI processing

KeepSaiQ's AI features run inside our AWS environment. Your family's content is not used to train AI models. If that ever changes, we'll ask you first. See Is my family's data used to train AI?

Sensitive memories

KeepSaiQ is often used to remember people who have died, and grief comes up naturally. We designed it to respond to sensitive moments with care, and to reflect what you share accurately, without labelling or judging it.
